The auction will start on Friday June 3rd, 2005 and will end on Weds August 3rd 2005!! Bids will start at $150.00 us!!

Where we go is up to you!  I like to do things like shoot pool, shop, get lap dances, bowl, and going dancing. Maybe you have a better idea for a date!!

Of course, there are a few rules and be sure to them over, before you bid on this auction.

RULES!!

1. Participants of the Win-A-Date Auction is limited to men, women or couples (male and female) that are 21 years of age or older. Proof of age is required prior to awarding the winner the date via e-mail or regular mail. A copy of the winners ID must be produced again at the time of the date for verification.

2. Bids must be e-mailed to me at SweetSerenityMI@aol.com  with a g rated pic and a valid email address. I will e-mail each bidder the current bid each time there is an increase in the bid. The winner of the auction will be notified by e-mail. All bids are confidential and no information will be given to anyone other than the bidder. The winner then must pay the first half of the winning bid amount within 5 days of the auction's ending date. If the winner fails to pay the first half of the payment within the 5 day deadline, the runner-up will become the winning bid and the winner of the date. The remaining half of the payment must be paid by the week before the date with me, at the latest!!

3.  The winner of the auction will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses to and from Detroit, Michigan.The winner will select and pay for the activities of the evening (ie~dinner, dancing, drinks, whatever is a FUN date night out for you!!).  At the end of the evening, the date has the option to secure a hotel room where he can watch, direct or even take the Photos.  This date is in NO way to be considered a promise for sexual activity of ANY type.  

* any  sexual advances or inappropriate behaviour will lead to immediate termination of the date with no refund!!*

4. There will be a chaperone to ensure my safety at all times.They will not be with us on the date, however, I will always be in their view. If this is a problem for you, DO NOT bid on this auction.

5. Please make sure that you can travel to me. I would like to have our date soon, so lets start the bidding! The date will be planned in advance so it is convenient for both parties. 

6. THE WINNING BIDDER MUST COME ALONE
(the only exception to this is for a married couple)

7. NO CAMERAS, VIDEO EQUIPMENT, OR OTHER RECORDING DEVICES OF ANY KIND.
(Unless other wise pre-approved by me!)
 
I will wear something according to where we are going or you can provide me with an outfit of your choice. It must be appropriate to wear in publc.

Note:  For your information, the auction will be fair and unbiased towards anyone. The highest bidder of the auction wins the date. I will not show favoritism, nor deny anyone the opportunity to participate. The auction is also open to non-members of my site. I do have the right to disallow a person or couple from participating in the auction if they break a rule or act in a way that they try to confront me for sexual advances or anything pertaining to sexual activity. During the date, if a person or couple attempts to take an advantage or makes improper advances, the date is immediately terminated. There will be no refund on their bid.
