Want-A-Date Rules & Guidelines

The Date:  The date will begin with an evening out with me in any Nebraska city (or any other agreeable location.)  We will have a nice dinner and then it's up to you. The date will finish off at your motel room for a photo and/or video session if possible. You have the option to suggest the type of photo session you wish to see. Or, you will be able to watch a photo shoot, direct the photo shoot or at my discretion, you may even be allowed to participate in the photo session. Participation of sex is not guaranteed.  My husband will accompany and act as chaperone/security during the date and will be the photographer for the photo/video shoot if applicable. This is non-negotiable.

Time for the Date: The date starts at 6pm and ends at 2 am.

Location: Any Nebraska  city or an agreeable location.

Rules of the Date:  

1.  Participants of the Want-A-Date is limited to men, women or couples (male and female) that are 21 years of age or older. Proof of age is required to be furnished prior to going out on the date.  If you are allowed to participate in the photo session, you will have to sign model release forms and must provide two forms of ID (one must be a government issued with picture).

2.  Requests for a date must be e-mailed to me at emeraldsc2@yahoo.com  The price of the date is $500.  All dates are confidential and no information will be given to anyone other than the person requesting the date.  Payment for the date can be made by money order, certified bank check or cash.  A deposit of $100 must be paid to secure the date.  The remainder of the balance must be paid prior to the start of the date.  Deposits can be mailed to me at the address below.

NOTE:  When placing your request for a date, copy and paste the following text in the email. 

" I have read all of the rules and guidelines of the Want-A-Date.  Under no circumstances am I to expect more than what is outlined in the rules and guidelines of the Want-A-Date. I affirm that I am 21 years of age or older. I understand that full payment for the date and proof of age are to be provided prior to the start of the date. I am not now, have been, or any way associated with any law enforcement or government agency that is associated within any type of law enforcement agency.  I am participating in the Want-A-Date on my own free will and have not been coarse, directed or employed for a reason of entrapment. "
 
3.  The person(s) requesting the date are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses to and from  our date location.  

4. If for some reason a conflict, misunderstanding or disagreement occurs, I have the right to correct this error and to straighten it out to the best of my ability. The person that requests the date is in full agreement with the outlined rules stated above and will abide by them. If the person cancels the date for any reason, he or she will forfeit their $100 deposit. No refunds will be given. If I have to cancel the date, a full refund of the winning bidders deposit will be completely refunded.

Note:  For your information, the Want-A-Date is open to all that requests a date. I will not show favoritism, nor deny anyone the opportunity to participate. The Want-A-Date is also open to non-members of my site. I do have the right to disallow a person or couple from participating in this event if they break a rule or act in a way that they try to confront me for sexual advances or anything pertaining to sexual activity. During the date, if a person or couple attempts to take advantage of me or makes improper advances, the date is immediately terminated. It's your date and we will have fun, If I don't feel an attraction to go beyond and have a sexual encounter, that will be my determination to do so.
There will be no refund on their date.

Clothing: Prior to the date, they can send me any type of clothing to wear for the date, as long as it is presentable in public.
I do love risque clothing and love to show off.
