Lots of you write to me to ask what I do to keep fit. Well, I like cycling, swimming, running, Pilates and general 'keep fit' exercising in the gym. So here I am in a sporty outfit with tight fitting shorts to show you a little of my work out routine. Hopefully it'll result in you having a little work out of your own too!
