The key to life is to be able to find your "happy place". A place, whether it's physical or mental, that makes you happy and brings you peace.
For me, my Zen moment is right here, nude in nature. I feel so relaxed and at ease, my troubles seem to just fall off with my clothes. Once I shed my clothes and start to feel that calmness my body can relax.
With the warmth of the sun coating me, my pussy heats up as well. I always find myself getting wet as I get to this state and I take as an indication that I'm truly relaxed, and being that relaxed and wet can only mean one thing,,, my pussy must be touched!
